About Jeanine
Jeanine has been an artist for over 30 years. At 11, she began taking art lessons from accomplished artists. Her passion for art grew and continued through high school where she was voted "Most Talented" due to her artistic skills.
In 1987, she received her B.A. in Design and Illustration from Montclair State University. Additionally, she took graduate courses at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and the Joe Kubert School of Cartooning.
She spent twelve years in N.Y.C. as a textile designer, hand-painting designs for high-end apparel companies. She also freelanced for Disney, Warner Brothers, and Nickelodeon. In the mid 1990's, her entrepreneurial spirit led her to start her own business, ARTrageous-ART.
ARTrageous-ART was established in 1997 and has maintained a strong following in North Carolina by elevating both homes and businesses through creative design services and personalized original artwork.
For over two decades, we've offered services such as faux finishes, decorative painting, furniture refinishing, color consultations and original murals in the Triangle area and are now serving the Middle TN area.
We work hard to not only meet, but exceed the needs of our clients, whether residential, non-profit or a local business. Our aim is to provide original art and interior finishes so personalized and innovative that customers never want to go anywhere else again!
