Jeanine has been an artist for over 30 years. She started out at the age of eleven taking art lessons from accomplished artists. Her passion for art grew and continued to focus throughout high school where she was voted "Most Talented" due to her artistic skills. In 1987, she received her B.A. degree from Montclair State University where she received her minor in Design and Illustration. Additionally, she took graduate courses at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and the Joe Kubert School of Cartooning.

She spent twelve years in N.Y.C. as a textile designer hand-painting designs for high-end apparel companies. In addition, she freelanced for Disney, Warner Brothers, and Nickelodian.

In the mid 90s, her entrepreneurial spirit took over, and she started her own business utilizing her education and experience. As the business grew, she teamed up with long-time friend and colleague, Lynn LaPlaca. They are proud to say they have a thriving mural business today.

From a very young age, Lynn LaPlaca always enjoyed many forms of art. It became her major in school. She later went on to college where she obtained her degree in textile design. Lynn began her career as a fabric designer in New York City. She designed prints for childrenswear, junior sportswear, bathing suits, and home decor. Once the designs were complete, Lynn often traveled to New England fabric mills to oversee the production of thousands of yards of fabric.

Designing took on a new meaning when her passion turned to mural painting and faux finishing. A few years ago, Lynn traveled to France to expand her knowledge of European design and recently she visited Italy to study the "old world style" of Tuscany.

Painting dramatic faux finishes, whimsical children's rooms, and beautiful fine art murals create exciting artistic drama that can be enjoyed for a lifetime.
